Last week there's been a report for 11.1 too at nagios-portal.org - I'm 
not sure if there are spec files around for that. You may contact one of 
the maintainers directly on the libdbi-devel list, Markus Hoenicka. Iirc 
they talked about an upcoming release 0.8.4 of libdbi. Currently they 
are applying a new test-suite for all drivers.
