hi,

I was mistakingly trying to load the hello 'app' as a hello 'library' -
with no config. i.e using library 'hello'

This was then processing application load once for hello and once for
icingaapllication.

And failing the assert that m_instance is null. Followed by a secondary
assert on the way out that the script frame does not match.
