Interestingly, if I run the command by hand, it returns the expected output.

C:\Program Files (x86)\ICINGA2\sbin>check_disk -u mb -p C: -w 10% -c 5%
DISK CRITICAL - free space:C:\ 688 MB (2%); |
C:\=688MB;3036.8000000000002;1518.4000000000001;0;30368
